Growth Marketing Manager

HelloNote is a cloud-based EMR and practice management platform built for rehabilitation therapy practices. The Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies across demand generation, SEO, CRM, content, paid media, partnerships, and website optimization. The role will focus on increasing qualified customer acquisition, improving conversion and lifetime value, and building scalable marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategy
• Build predictable demand generation across paid search, SEO, content, email, webinars, referrals, and partnerships designed with business growth in mind
• Support the marketing team with SEO and AEO strategy, including how we are discovered through AI assistants and LLMs, with a dedicated focus as we expand into new regions
• Support on CRM and lifecycle marketing in HubSpot, including automation, segmentation, nurture, and lifecycle stage management
• Use AI and automation tools to continuously improve marketing workflows, output, and efficiency
• Increase qualified demos and marketing-sourced revenue
• Ownership of marketing KPIs including pipeline, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
• Support on product launches and feature announcements
• Work with the team to develop positioning and messaging that differentiates HelloNote in the healthcare technology market
• Own marketing copywriting, including the upcoming landing page revamp and additional landing pages: messaging, positioning, headlines, CTAs, and conversion-focused copy
• Optimize website conversion and user experience
• Provide web administration and technical website support, including WordPress and WP Engine when issues arise. Experience with Webflow also beneficial
• Support in the management of agencies
• Build customer advocacy, reviews, referrals, and case studies
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Development
• Establish dashboards and reporting that connect marketing activities directly to revenue
• Increase qualified demo requests
• Support the business in achieving growth KPIs set out for the year
• Grow organic traffic, search visibility, and presence in AI-generated answers
• Build automated lifecycle and nurture programs in HubSpot
• Introduce AI and automation that measurably increase output without increasing headcount
• Support the marketing team on building a scalable inbound marketing engine
• Strengthen HelloNote's brand within the therapy industry
• Improve marketing attribution and reporting
• Create a repeatable demand generation process that fuels company growth

Requirements:

• ● 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
• ● Strong understanding of demand generation and growth marketing
• ● Deep knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, AEO, HubSpot, email automation, analytics, and marketing attribution
• ● Strong organic search background, with a clear view on how search is changing with AI and LLMs rather than a purely traditional SEO approach
• ● Hands-on HubSpot experience covering automation, segmentation, nurture, and lifecycle marketing, not just campaign sends
• ● A practical AI skillset, with real examples of AI and automation tools used to improve marketing workflows and efficiency
• ● Strong marketing copywriting ability, particularly landing page and conversion-focused copy
• ● Web administration experience, particularly WordPress and ideally WP Engine, with the confidence to resolve site issues directly
• ● Experience launching products and developing go-to-market strategies
• ● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• ● Excellent communication and leadership skills
• ● Healthcare technology or EMR experience
• ● Experience marketing to private healthcare practices
• ● Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
• ● Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation
• ● Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
