Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Sprezzatura is a mission-driven technology company supporting government transformation and Veterans’ care. The Salesforce Technical Project Manager will lead Salesforce-based CRM initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs, managing project delivery, stakeholders, budgets, risks, and technical team collaboration while applying Agile methodologies and federal compliance practices.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring milestones are met, and deliverables align with strategic goals
• Work closely with engineering, IT, and development teams to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges
• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and progress reports
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safegaurd project success
• Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency
• Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required)
• • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• • 5+ years in technical project management, preferably 3+ years on Salesforce implementations
• • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
• • Technical knowledge in software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure management
• • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards)
• • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
• Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs
• Must have a reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting
• • Project Management certification (eg, PMP) preferred
• • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) preferred
• • Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies preferred
