Senior Product Designer

The client is a global healthcare innovator developing technologies across medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, and pharmaceuticals. The Senior Product Designer will create human-centered experiences across connected devices, mobile applications, digital platforms, and service touchpoints, leading work from discovery and concept development through launch and iteration while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

• Design connected experiences across biowearable devices, mobile applications, digital platforms, and service touchpoints
• Translate customer needs, research insights, and complex health information into clear, seamless, and purposeful end-to-end experiences
• Use storytelling, prototypes, and design rationale to connect customer needs with product strategy and measurable business outcomes
• Create polished experiences that improve usability, clarity, accessibility, and confidence
• Develop prototypes and product demos that help teams evaluate complex workflows, communicate product behavior, and refine solutions
• Translate brand principles into digital product experiences without compromising usability, accessibility, or trust
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Brand, Marketing, and business leaders throughout the product lifecycle
• Communicate design rationale, customer insights, and product recommendations clearly to cross-functional and senior stakeholders
• Lead critiques, workshops, and collaborative working sessions that strengthen decision-making and product quality
• Mentor peers, share best practices, and raise the standard for design craft, systems thinking, and customer-centered problem-solving
• Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities and framing effective solutions in ambiguous, complex spaces

Requirements:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered product design work across mobile and/or desktop platforms
• Experience taking complex digital products from early concepts through delivery and iteration
• Advanced proficiency with product design and prototyping tools, including Figma
• Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and visual design
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research partners to ship customer-facing product experiences
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Degree in Design, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
• 6 years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related field
• Experience designing holistic consumer product experiences across physical devices and digital platforms
• Experience bringing products from 0 to 1, including early-stage concept exploration, prototyping, validation, and launch
• Experience creating prototypes that communicate sophisticated workflows, behaviors, and product vision
• Experience translating brand systems into product experiences while maintaining usability and accessibility
• Experience working in healthcare or a similar complex and regulated industry
• Experience designing products that make complex data understandable and actionable for a broad range of users
• Curiosity about emerging technology and AI-enabled design workflows, with a commitment to continually evolving design practice
