Senior Project Manager

Elite Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from planning through execution. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages application projects, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, and ensures deliverables align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple workstreams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations
• Work with Business to define application requirements
• Work with Business to prioritize development tasks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear priorities, accountability, and progress toward goals
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues, escalating concerns when appropriate
• Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to promote alignment and transparency
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful delivery
• Track deliverables and performance metrics, preparing reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders
• Support process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery and team effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors as needed to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience managing complex projects or programs in a professional environment
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering results on schedule
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and common productivity software
• Ability to analyze challenges, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• PMP Certification a plus
• 5-8+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in Project Management Tools: MS Project, Smartsheets
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Experience in change management, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
