Project Manager Associate - Marketing / ASANA / Lytho

A leading insurance company is seeking a Project Manager Associate focused on marketing operations and project coordination. The role manages small projects or phases of larger projects, coordinates creative assets and approvals, tracks progress and risks, and supports cross-functional teams using tools such as Asana and Lytho.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a small project, from start to finish, or one phase of a large project so that it is completed on time and within budget
• Supports development of cost benefit analysis, return on investment forecasts, project charters, risk analysis, project schedules and ensures actual results are tracked for small projects
• Effectively leads project team and stakeholders to deliver high value business and system changes. Manages and adapts to issues, risks and changes
• Supports the identification and requisition of appropriate resources to build a team to meet the needs of the project
• Effectively communicates with team members, sponsors, and stakeholders to create and maintain a high performing team
• Facilitates the development and subsequent changes of scope among sponsors and stakeholders to maximize ROI and align with strategic goals
• Facilitates the development and ongoing updates to plans to best meet the needs of the project
• Monitors and reports on progress toward project goals
• Analyzes information to provide process improvement and recommend changes

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliverables, and interdependent workflows across multiple teams
• Ability to work independently and proactively move work forward
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience coordinating creative assets, approvals, and vendor deliverables
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; in lieu of degree
• 4 years functional experience Experience analyzing and documenting project plans and business solutions
• Familiar with a variety of the project management concepts, practices, and tools
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment the in performance of his/her job duties
• For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a Client location and WFH), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
• Experience creating or managing UTM links and campaign tracking
• Experience with Lytho, Asana, or similar marketing workflow and project management tools
• Familiarity with Vision Expo and trade media providers
• Media, marketing, advertising, or creative operations experience
• Trade media planning or execution experience
• Trade show marketing or sponsorship experience
• Vendor management experience
