Market Growth Lead, Provider Partnerships

CenterWell Senior Primary Care provides proactive, preventive and personalized healthcare for seniors through an integrated care model. The Market Growth Lead, Provider Partnerships will develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell's MSO/IPA network, recruit primary care practices, negotiate provider agreements, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve membership and revenue goals in the Seattle and Salt Lake City markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of CenterWell's MSO/IPA offering and corresponding provider and membership growth strategies
• Develop an understanding of the local market competitive landscape, understanding the relationships/impacts to CenterWell product portfolio
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative input to drive channel growth and help the business achieve related growth targets
• Recognize trends that can complement and enhance product offerings
• Facilitate complex negotiations, providing main insights that advance agreements with new provider partners
• Provide national and local market leadership teams with reporting and insights that help drive alignment around growth projections
• Collaborate across teams to provide meaningful input to drive strategic decisions around program design, contracting efforts and capital deployment
• Maintain a focus on the ultimate objective of creating and promoting provider partnerships that are hyper focused on succeeding in a value-based setting through improving patient health outcomes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in provider network development, provider engagement or provider contracting
• Bachelor's degree
• Must have value-based care knowledge
• Experience facilitating complex negotiations, providing insights that advance agreements with new provider partners
• Experience cultivating relationships and creating partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations
• Knowledge of local market provider landscape
• Self-starter that can develop a growth pipeline and execute provider agreements that drive our programs towards success
• Outcomes-focused individual that excels at outperforming against quantifiable goals
• Experience working across a segmented business to align partners towards a common goal
• Can build sales channels and support department goals
• Must reside in Salt Lake City, UT or Seattle, WA metro area
• Requires travel within the local area
• Master's degree preferred
