Analyst-Business 3

The company is seeking a Business Analyst to evaluate and improve enterprise-wide training programs. The role develops measurement strategies, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, creates dashboards and reports, and provides actionable recommendations to demonstrate learning program effectiveness and business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead measurement strategies that demonstrate learning program impact and alignment to business objectives
• Partner with leaders, program owners, SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to develop training evaluation strategies and success measures
• Define performance objectives, metrics, evaluation plans, and reporting requirements
• Conduct job, task, stakeholder, and learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and business needs
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, learning outcomes, behavior change, and business results
• Design and maintain surveys, assessments, and other evaluation tools aligned to performance objectives and KPIs
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and business metrics
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive decision-making and continuous improvement
• Develop dashboards and reports that highlight program performance, opportunities, and business impact
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, department leaders, and senior management
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to analysts responsible for data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Establish and maintain evaluation standards, methodologies, and governance practices across learning programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or other related discipline
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may also be considered
• Remote (candidate must use their own device with VDI and be located in the Greater LA area for occasional onsite meetings.)
• Experience in training and development
• Experience developing and implementing evaluation methodologies (e.g., questionnaires, focus groups, observations, interviews)
• Experience developing questionnaires with survey tools (e.g., Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)
• Experience using the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate the effectiveness of training
• Experience analyzing large amounts of complex data
• Experience creating reports and dashboards
• Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to prioritize multiple duties/projects, take lead and follow through on all assignments
• Ability to work well under pressure, adjust to changing priorities, organize a heavy workload, take ownership, and follow through on all assignments
• Ability to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information and for achieving results
• Ability to work well in a team environment and perform with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and oral communications skills with a proven record of building relationships and communicating complex information in a concise and straightforward manner
• 5-7 years of combined experience in learning and development or training
• Experience in developing company-wide measurement strategies
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
