Sales Account Executive

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a B2B Account Executive to support business operations and organizational initiatives for its client. The role focuses on developing new customer relationships, expanding market presence, delivering consultative sales support, and managing an assigned regional territory through frequent travel and structured training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers, initiating conversations, and building a consistent pipeline across the assigned territory
• Deliver consultative sales support by learning customer operations, evaluating business needs, and recommending practical solutions that encourage lasting relationships
• Coordinate a travel schedule that supports customer visits throughout Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and the Milwaukee area, including periodic overnight stays
• Maintain accurate sales activity, territory plans, customer communications, and opportunity updates to support informed business decisions and reliable follow through
• Collaborate with internal partners while completing comprehensive industry and sales training designed to support long term performance and growth in the role

Requirements:

• Proven ability to pursue new accounts, create business opportunities, and remain accountable for results within an independently managed territory
• Three or more years of business sales experience
• candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate polished communication, strong motivation, and clear sales potential
• Experience supporting logistics, manufacturing, construction, industrial, distribution, or another business focused market
