Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

DMA Engineering is an eMEP engineering firm focused on sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions. The company is seeking a part-time Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to own sales and marketing execution, manage the sales pipeline and CRM, prepare proposals, create content, and coordinate specialized contributors remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Own execution of DMA's sales and marketing strategy, translating leadership priorities into a consistent cadence of outreach, content, and follow through
• Prepare and assemble proposals in PandaDoc, coordinating with the principal and engineering team on scope and pricing
• Draft outreach to potential partners, relationship building contacts, and targeted geographic lists
• Manage the sales inbox and maintain HubSpot, including sales workflows, automations, sequences, and SOPs
• Write and edit marketing content, including the Trend newsletter, the luxury residential newsletter, and LinkedIn posts
• Manage video content editors and the professionals supporting advertising, SEO, and GEO efforts

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a sales support, marketing, business development, or coordination role
• Strong written communication skills and comfort drafting emails and marketing content for clients and partners
• Experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) or a demonstrated ability to learn one quickly
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, owning a task list and priorities with minimal oversight
