Salesforce RCA Business Analyst

Danta Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Business Analyst and domain subject matter expert. The role will define business processes, gather requirements, and align solutions across sales, finance, and revenue operations while supporting Quote-to-Cash implementation initiatives. Responsibilities include functional specifications, stakeholder workshops, process optimization, solution validation, UAT support, change management, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash processes
• Facilitate workshops with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Support Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ implementation initiatives
• Define and optimize pricing, quoting, contracting, renewal, and amendment processes
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Development teams to validate proposed solutions
• Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and business validation activities
• Assist in change management, user training, and adoption activities
• Create process flows, business documentation, and requirements artifacts
