Growth Marketing Manager

Vasion provides digital tools that simplify print infrastructure, automate business processes, and integrate technology securely. The Growth Marketing Manager will execute full-funnel demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns across the Americas, coordinating multi-channel activation, campaign reporting, and optimization to generate pipeline and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and manage full-funnel campaigns across email, advertising, retargeting, third-party programs, events, webinars, and social media to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and upsell targets
• Execute ABM initiatives and full-funnel prospect campaigns across the AMER region
• Orchestrate campaign execution end-to-end, from kickoff through launch and reporting, anticipating needs, resolving blockers, and keeping details from falling through the cracks
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve effectiveness and ROI
• Analyze campaign performance data to surface insights and build clear, data-driven reports and recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to align campaign execution, optimize lead handoff, and accelerate pipeline
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Web to create landing pages, emails, ads, and other materials that resonate with target audiences and drive conversion
• Provide regular, clear campaign updates and performance reporting to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in demand generation, integrated, or ABM campaigns
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, technology, or a similar industry
• Working knowledge of demand generation, ABM, and modern digital marketing practices, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, with strong project management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping details
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Skilled in analyzing performance data and using marketing analytics tools
