Digital Marketing Business Development & Account Manager

360 Media Consulting is a digital marketing agency providing lead generation and online visibility services to businesses in Canada and the United States. The Digital Marketing Business Development & Account Manager independently develops new client opportunities, guides prospects through the sales process, manages acquired client relationships, and coordinates client needs with the fulfillment team.

Responsibilities:

• Independently identify and develop new business opportunities
• Reach out to potential clients through your own networking, referrals, relationships, and prospecting
• Introduce qualified businesses to our digital marketing services
• Help move prospective clients through the sales process
• Serve as the Account Manager for the clients you bring in
• Maintain regular communication with your clients
• Help ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Work with our fulfillment team to communicate client needs, objectives, and feedback

Requirements:

• Canada or USA Based Applicants Only
• Previous digital marketing agency experience
• Experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Account Executive, Client Services Manager, or similar role
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Experience working directly with business owners or decision-makers
• A good understanding of digital marketing services
• The confidence to independently reach out to potential clients and develop new opportunities
• A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
• The ability to manage client relationships professionally after bringing an account on board
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, lead generation, websites, or AI search visibility is an asset
