Remote Services Associate - Entry-Level Customer Service & Benefits

Globe Life, through its American Income Division, serves working families with supplemental insurance and financial protection products. The Remote Services Associate helps eligible members understand benefit options, answer questions, enroll in coverage, and receive ongoing policy support. The role is fully remote, commission-based, and includes training, mentorship, and licensing guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals from our provided member database
• Identify each member's needs, priorities, and concerns
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual needs
• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment
• Maintain communication throughout the application process
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Provide ongoing customer service after coverage is established
• Assist members with policy-related questions and claims guidance
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Follow applicable company procedures, state regulations, and ethical standards

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
