Payments Business Analyst II : Enterprise Payment Solutions

Jack Henry is a financial services technology company that provides digital banking and payment solutions for community banks and credit unions. The Payments Business Analyst II will support the onboarding, implementation, and operational management of Payrailz solutions by coordinating cross-functional activities, validating data, supporting billing readiness, and improving operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer contracts and sales agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and implementation readiness
• Coordinate customer onboarding activities and support the successful transition of projects from contract execution through implementation
• Maintain and validate customer, product, and implementation data across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy
• Partner with Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Product teams to resolve issues and support project execution
• Manage project records, implementation pipelines, and operational backlogs to ensure accurate status tracking and timely completion of work
• Support billing readiness, milestone validation, and operational processes related to customer implementations
• Develop and maintain reports, operational metrics, and documentation to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and create a consistent experience for customers and internal stakeholders
• Manage operational cases and customer requests within established service level agreements (SLAs)
• May perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution, fintech or within a technical support setting
• Foundational knowledge or experience in relevant areas (e.g., researching and writing reports, documenting processes, project, or event execution)
• Associate's degree in business administration, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A process driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) for clear cross functional collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively under strict deadlines
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with or knowledge of various JHA products and services
