Sales Development Representative

Xplifi is an AI-powered lead generation company that helps Managed Service Providers grow through technology, outbound marketing, prospect intelligence, and sales development. The Sales Development Representative will prospect and engage business decision-makers, research target accounts, manage CRM data, and convert outreach into qualified meetings and sales opportunities for MSP partners.

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, sales cadences, and targeted campaigns
• Research companies and decision-makers using approved prospecting tools, LinkedIn, databases, search engines, and other resources
• Engage prospects within targeted small and mid-sized business accounts
• Convert outbound engagement and inquiries into qualified sales opportunities
• Influence and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and Xplifi's MSP partners
• Invite and convert prospects to webinars, events, and other sales-related activities
• Follow up with engaged prospects through multiple touches to advance sales conversations
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within the CRM
• Build and maintain prospect databases and contact records
• Ensure calls, emails, prospect responses, and follow-up activities are properly documented
• Consistently achieve weekly prospecting activity and booked-meeting KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating directly with business decision-makers
• A self-starter who can succeed in a startup business , work independently, take ownership of priorities, and consistently execute on daily responsibilities
• Ability to balance high activity levels with quality prospect engagement
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using HubSpot or another CRM is preferred
• Experience with sales automation, prospecting, or outbound email platforms is a plus
• Western Pennsylvania candidates are preferred
