Field Product Marketing Manager

Microsoft is seeking a Field Product Marketing Manager to lead an Americas AI Business Solutions sales enablement programs team. The role translates product strategy into scalable sales programs, aligns cross-functional stakeholders, develops talent, and drives measurable pipeline, opportunity acceleration, usage, and consumption outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling and coaching
• Create an inclusive environment where program owners bring diverse perspectives, challenge assumptions, and learn from results
• Set clear goals and decision rights, provide actionable feedback, and build individual development plans
• Coach program owners to take a data driven approach to innovation thinking, stakeholder influence, and end-to-end ownership; recognize impact and address performance needs
• Align team capacity to portfolio priorities, make explicit trade-offs, and remove barriers
• Empower owners to lead their programs while maintaining shared accountability for quality, execution, and outcomes
• Own the Americas AI Business Solutions program execution and roadmap for one or more phases: pipeline creation, acceleration, and usage and consumption
• Translate customer, market, and field insights into prioritized investments, strategic sales programs, and opportunities to expand the business
• Align marketing, sales, consulting, customer success, product and segment teams, operating units, and partners around shared plans and outcomes
• Resolve dependencies, clarify ownership and service expectations, and represent field needs in corporate planning
• Establish a consistent rhythm of business, intake process, and operating standards across programs. Simplify tools and workflows, surface operating-unit pain points, and turn feedback into improvements that increase execution quality and reduce friction
• Define portfolio KPIs and program success measures, using analytics and field insights to assess impact across pipeline, progression, and usage. Lead performance reviews, communicate results and risks, and direct course corrections based on evidence
• Steward program investments and external vendor relationships with clear scope, deliverables, and performance expectations. Evaluate effectiveness and resource trade-offs, scaling approaches that work and adjusting those that do not

Requirements:

• 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience
• 12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization
• 5+ years people management experience
