Vice President of Product Management

Artificial Intelligence Laboratories is an innovation-focused organization advancing practical applications of artificial intelligence through data-driven products and platforms. The Vice President of Product Management sets product vision and strategic priorities, oversees end-to-end product execution, leads the product management function, and collaborates with engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing teams. The role also mentors product managers, establishes product practices and metrics, and communicates product plans and performance to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Setting the product vision, defining strategic priorities, and driving end-to-end product execution across the organization
• Oversees the product management function, guiding product roadmaps, aligning with company objectives, and collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing teams
• Leading product discovery and planning, reviewing market and customer insights, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact product releases
• Mentor and develop product managers, establish best practices and metrics, and communicate product plans and performance to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Fostering cross-functional collaboration, elevating customer-centric decision-making, and continuously refining the product portfolio to support sustainable growth

Requirements:

• Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, build roadmaps, and manage the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
• Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, assess market opportunities, and support evidence-based decisions
• Team Leadership capabilities to recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing product organization and promote an inclusive, collaborative culture
• Project Management skills to oversee complex initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared objectives
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-powered products and familiarity with ethical and responsible AI practices
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• ideally within technology or AI-driven companies
• an advanced degree in business, technology, or a related discipline is beneficial
