Sales Development Representative

ICloudTeq is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Sales Development Representatives. The role focuses on connecting with prospective clients, introducing financial services solutions, understanding client needs, coordinating appointments, and maintaining professional relationships while developing sales and business development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective clients and introduce available financial services solutions
• Conduct initial conversations to understand prospective clients’ needs and goals
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and follow-ups
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development sessions
• Maintain accurate records of prospect and client interactions
• Develop your communication, sales, and relationship-management skills
• Work independently while managing your daily schedule and activities
• As you gain experience, there may also be opportunities to develop leadership, mentoring, and team-building responsibilities

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, real estate, mortgage, healthcare, recruiting, business development, or other client-facing roles can be helpful
