Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform

Outreach is an agentic AI platform company serving revenue teams with AI, conversation intelligence, and workflow automation. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Platform Services releases and launches, translating complex governance, security, interoperability, and integration capabilities into differentiated messaging, enablement, and customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Independently lead monthly releases and quarterly go-to-market launches for Platform Services offerings, including complex, high-stakes releases, from strategy through execution. Build a strategic GTM plan for each release in close collaboration with Product Management, Partners, Marketing, Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, and Post-Sales teams
• Build deep expertise in the Outreach AI Revenue Platform and its best practices to become a trusted product and customer subject matter expert
• Collaborate with the Partner team to identify strategic partner integration and co-marketing opportunities
• Analyze the competitive landscape and develop value propositions, positioning, and messaging that clearly articulate Outreach's differentiators and gaps across Platform features and integrations
• Deliver a launch content package for each release that equips Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer teams to take the offering to market. Collaborate with Marketing on event content, product videos, demos, training materials, case studies, campaigns, and public and analyst relations to increase product awareness
• Share customer feedback with Product and leadership to inform roadmap priorities and recommendations

Requirements:

• 6+ years of enterprise platform software experience focused on a highly technical product area that includes governance, interoperability, security, and integration
• Expertise in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and in the core craft of product marketing, including messaging and positioning, market enablement for GTM teams, customer and event presentations, product launches, and event content
• Curiosity about AI and a record of learning and adapting quickly, including experimenting with AI tools to improve how you research, create, and launch, and sharing what works with your team
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders, including without direct authority, and to bring a data-informed perspective to decision-making
• Ability to tell clear, compelling, value-based stories that communicate complex information persuasively and with empathy to diverse audiences
• Ability to see the big picture and dig into the details, bringing clarity to complexity and turning plans into action
• Comfort moving quickly and adapting to change, with the curiosity to ask questions and challenge the status quo, and a focus on outcomes for the business, the team, and the customer
