Product Manager

Zest AI develops AI-powered solutions for consumer lending decisions, including machine learning software for fair and transparent credit. The Product Manager will lead fraud prevention product strategy, roadmap execution, client and stakeholder collaboration, product lifecycle management, and market positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director of Product for Fraud on fleshing out strategic initiatives to fill out the roadmap
• Execute the product strategy and roadmap for our fraud prevention solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, client engagement, legal/compliance, and sales teams to enhance our product offerings
• Form and maintain a working knowledge of fraud in consumer finance, laying the groundwork to stay ahead of industry trends in fraud detection, risk assessment, and regulatory changes
• Analyze key performance metrics to demonstrate product value to clients
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch optimization
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to position our products effectively in the market

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or its equivalent)
• 2 years of experience in a related occupation
• 1 year of experience with: Leading client interaction
• 1 year of experience with: SaaS
• 1 year of experience with: Product development
• 1 year of experience with: Product road mapping
• 1 year of experience with: OKR creation
• Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S
