Outsourced Project Operations Manager

Iron Mountain provides records and information management, digital transformation, data center, asset lifecycle, and logistics solutions. The Outsourced Project Operations Manager will lead multi-site physical move projects, oversee end-to-end execution and governance, manage operational teams, and ensure chain-of-custody, security, quality, and service-level compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead End-to-End Project Execution & Governance: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring full lifecycle documentation, regular progress reporting, and adherence to master schedules, throughput targets, and operational SOPs
• Drive Multi-Site Operational Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership while managing multi-site move operations, enforcing master schedules, and meeting throughput targets and SLAs
• Build & Lead Operational Teams: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and direct management of project team members and site leads

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, end-to-end project operations, including team hiring, personnel management, and operational reporting
• Strong knowledge of KPI tracking, SOP development and enforcement, chain-of-custody protocols, inventory reconciliation, Quality Control Plans (QCP), and federal security standards
• Proven ability to manage multi-site projects, lead team members, maintain client relationships, and deliver structured project documentation and leadership updates
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
• Must be able to pass a Federal Clearance
