Senior Marketing Manager

Crunchi is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to translate marketing strategy into integrated programs and own execution from planning through launch. The role leads promotional strategy, product launches, brand marketing, email/SMS, campaign analytics, cross-functional coordination, and agency management in the beauty, health, and wellness space.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing executive marketing strategies and translate them into clear, actionable marketing plans
• Turn strategic priorities into campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, channel plans, and executional roadmaps
• Own day-to-day execution of integrated marketing initiatives from planning through launch and post-campaign analysis
• Manage the marketing calendar across product launches, promotions, campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and key business priorities
• Develop marketing presentations and decks that communicate strategy, campaign plans, promotional recommendations, timelines, and results
• Identify opportunities and make recommendations to strengthen campaigns, customer engagement, brand positioning, and commercial performance
• Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on time, on brand, and against established objectives
• Develop promotional strategies and recommendations aligned with business objectives, customer needs, brand positioning, and revenue goals
• Own promotional planning and execution across seasonal campaigns, key promotional events, product launches, and commercial priorities, including offer recommendations, implementation, messaging, and channel plans
• Develop campaign and marketing decks that clearly communicate the promotional strategy, offer, customer opportunity, messaging, creative direction, timing, and KPIs
• Work with external creative and marketing partners to develop and deliver assets required to support promotional campaigns and product launches
• Monitor promotional performance and provide recommendations to improve offers, timing, messaging, customer response, and commercial results
• Lead the marketing execution for new product launches, from positioning and messaging through launch and post-launch analysis
• Partner with Product, Creative, Ecommerce, Community & Brand Engagement, Performance Marketing, and external partners to develop launch plans, messaging, content needs, promotional strategy, assets, and channel activation
• Ensure product benefits, claims, differentiators, and brand positioning are translated into clear, compelling customer-facing marketing
• Support ongoing brand marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand's premium positioning and differentiation within beauty, health, and wellness
• Serve as the central marketing project lead, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, approvals, deliverables, and execution across internal teams and external partners
• Manage and provide direction to one Social Media Specialist, ensuring social content and community activity align with campaign, promotional, product launch, and brand priorities
• Own the Email/SMS marketing channel, including strategy, campaign planning, calendar management, briefs, messaging, approvals, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization
• Manage the Email/SMS agency relationship and hold the agency accountable for strategy, execution, timelines, deliverables, and performance
• Partner with external Performance/Growth Marketing and creative partners to develop and execute integrated campaigns and ensure all teams have the briefs, messaging, creative assets, offers, and timelines needed for execution
• Work with external creative and marketing partners to develop and deliver assets required to support promotional campaigns, product launches, social, email, SMS, and other marketing initiatives
• Lead campaign kickoffs, agency status meetings, cross-functional working sessions, and post-campaign reviews
• Create clear briefs and communicate expectations effectively to internal teams and external partners
• Hold agency and partner teams accountable for agreed deliverables, timelines, KPIs, testing plans, and performance recommendations
• Monitor campaign, promotional, and channel performance against established KPIs and business objectives
• Partner with Analytics, Ecommerce, Performance/Growth Marketing, and Email/SMS partners to evaluate customer response, revenue impact, acquisition, engagement, and conversion
• Use data, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed marketing recommendations
• Develop post-campaign recaps that capture results, insights, and actionable recommendations for future initiatives
• Use AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to improve planning, research, content development, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate campaign development, competitive research, presentation development, workflow management, and marketing analysis
• Stay current on beauty, health, wellness, consumer, social, ecommerce, and marketing trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand

Requirements:

• Seven or more years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership and management of integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
• Proven brand marketing experience, with a strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, messaging, and customer engagement
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop compelling brand and campaign messaging across channels and customer touchpoints
• Proven experience developing and managing promotional strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal programs, and product launches
• Demonstrated experience creating marketing presentations and decks that clearly communicate strategy, campaign concepts, messaging, promotional recommendations, timelines, and results
• Experience working in a premium beauty, health, wellness, or consumer brand is required
• Experience managing marketing responsibilities across multiple channels and coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate marketing performance and customer insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides, Excel or Google Sheets, and common marketing and project management tools
• Experience with a premium, emerging, or digitally led consumer brand
• Experience in clean beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare or mission-driven consumer products
• Experience in direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, social commerce, or direct selling environments
• Experience managing external marketing agencies and creative partners
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, email/SMS marketing, paid media, and social media ecosystems
• Experience using AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging technologies
