Sales Manager, Consumer Markets

Quectel is a global provider of IoT and cellular module technology. The Sales Manager will drive business growth across North America in the Consumer Products market, focusing on wearables and connected cameras, by developing new accounts, advancing prospects through the sales funnel, and supporting target customers cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate publicly available information on prospective customers that currently use competitors’ modules (competitor accounts) and actively grow sales funnel with the assistance of sales and marketing colleagues and industry ecosystem partners
• Qualify and reach out to leads to set roadmap meetings, introduce Quectel’s portfolio, and organize next steps which include sending an evaluation kit and a price quote
• Maintain funnel of prospective customers and ensure they move through the sales process of Customer Acquisition, Technical Evaluation, and Design Win
• Work cross-functionally with management, sales, product management and R&D to support target customers

Requirements:

• Sales or Product experience in consumer vertical markets of Wearables and Cameras is a must
• Dynamic, self motivated, hard working professional who thrives in a very fast paced environment
• Must have sense of urgency in all aspects of daily job
• Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Salesforce, Sales Funnels, Sales Cycle understanding
