Sales Account Manager

Pregis manufactures sustainable packaging and protective solutions. The Sales Account Manager grows territory revenue by winning new business, expanding existing accounts, and working with distribution partners and cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities within the territory
• Cultivate and expand relationships with channel partners and end users
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies that drive sustainable growth
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product teams to deliver effective, competitive solutions
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pricing, and profitability tracking
• Ensure timely CRM updates and completion of administrative responsibilities
• Demonstrate hands-on willingness and mechanical aptitude to perform basic machine repairs when needed
• Deliver compelling presentations and value propositions to customers and partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal need for oversight
• Ethical, organized, and highly effective at managing time and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Business or Packaging Engineering
