Growth Marketing Manager / Recruitment Lead

Olami is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead recruitment for Olami Souled, an online Jewish community for women. The role focuses on improving existing Meta ad campaigns, testing new student-recruitment channels, and coordinating agencies, vendors, and campaign creative to support enrollment goals.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll manage and improve those campaigns while testing new ways to reach students through affiliates, referrals, LinkedIn, partnerships, and more
• You’ll also work with outside agencies and vendors and coordinate the creative for campaigns
• With a goal of enrolling over 1,000 new students a year, we’re looking for the tried-and-true ways to reach this goal efficiently and cost-effectively

Requirements:

• Someone who understands our program and how to channel it to our target audience
• Several years of experience in lead generation, conversion, and growth marketing
• Hands-on experience running Meta ad campaigns
• Experience testing new channels and tracking what works
• Experience working with agencies or vendors and managing them against clear targets
• Comfort with budgets, reporting, and using data to decide where to spend
• Ability to brief designers or agencies and keep campaign creative on point
• A team-player who can collaborate, provide and receive feedback, and pivot with ease
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment over time
