Ken Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate investigations-related reporting initiatives and manage the EthicsPoint investigations platform. The role analyzes compliance data, improves reporting and workflows, and presents investigation metrics and risk insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate investigations data reporting and compliance improvement initiatives
• Work with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, prioritize improvements, and track project deliverables
• Support implementation of reporting enhancements, investigation workflow changes, and compliance-related process improvements
• Act as the functional expert for the EthicsPoint investigations management and reporting platform
• Manage reporting configurations, data collection structures, system customization, and workflow enhancements
• Evaluate reporting requirements and recommend appropriate EthicsPoint configurations and improvements
• Independently analyze complex internal investigations data to identify patterns, systemic concerns, operational weaknesses, and compliance risks
• Develop risk assessments, analytical reports, and investigation performance metrics
• Translate investigation trends into practical recommendations supporting organizational risk reduction
• Prepare and deliver meaningful investigation metrics, dashboards, reports, and risk insights to senior leadership
• Present findings and recommendations to influence compliance strategy and executive decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to address reporting challenges and emerging compliance concerns
• Evaluate existing investigation workflows, reporting practices, and data quality controls
• Identify opportunities to strengthen reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, data integrity, and governance
• Recommend process enhancements aligned with organizational policies and applicable regulatory expectations

Requirements:

• strong experience in corporate investigations, compliance data analytics, and EthicsPoint platform management

• the ability to collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, and business leadership
• Hands-on functional administration, reporting customization, data collection configuration, and investigation workflow experience
• Strong experience analyzing internal investigations data to identify compliance trends, systemic risks, and operational vulnerabilities
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, reporting requirements, process improvements, and stakeholder deliverables
• Experience developing and presenting investigation metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Knowledge of corporate investigations, risk mitigation, compliance reporting, and regulatory considerations
• Experience improving investigation workflows, data integrity, reporting processes, and governance frameworks
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical reasoning, business judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
