Project Control Manager

LK Davis Consulting is seeking a Project Controls Manager to support a life sciences project in Richmond, Virginia. The role leads planning, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and reporting, and coordinates with project leadership, engineering teams, and construction partners to support project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6
• Monitor critical paths, milestones, progress, and schedule performance
• Coordinate schedule inputs across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Oversee cost reporting, forecasts, variance analysis, and change tracking
• Identify emerging risks and develop practical recovery plans
• Present clear, actionable performance reports to project leadership

Requirements:

• Candidates must have direct scheduling experience on life sciences or pharmaceutical capital projects
• Demonstrated project controls leadership on complex capital projects
• Life sciences/pharmaceutical scheduling experience—required
• Strong Primavera P6 skills and critical path scheduling knowledge
• Experience integrating schedule, cost, progress, and risk information
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across clients, contractors, and technical teams
