AI Product Manager

Cleveland Clinic is hiring an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of healthcare AI products. The role translates clinical, operational, customer, and business needs into scalable AI solutions and guides cross-functional teams from product concept through launch and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products and platforms
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from discovery and MVP development to launch, scaling, and optimization
• Translate clinical, operational, customer, and business requirements into prioritized product initiatives
• Partner with engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions
• Evaluate AI/ML models, data requirements, performance metrics, and deployment considerations to inform product decisions
• Balance model performance, user experience, technical feasibility, compliance, and business objectives
• Ensure AI products follow the established responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, governance, and risk management
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and success metrics
• Prioritize features and investments based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and resource constraints
• Develop and manage a portfolio of AI products, platforms, and shared capabilities
• Drive platform strategy, product standardization, governance, and cross-product alignment
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and product communications
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, roadmap updates, and product performance reviews
• Define go-to-market, adoption, commercialization, and change management strategies to maximize product success and healthcare impact

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 10 years of product management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps from MVP through mature product evolution
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful enterprise and/or consumer technology products
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, design, operations, and business stakeholders
• Experience working closely with machine learning engineers, AI scientists, and data scientists to deliver AI-powered products
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and executive influence skills
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning platforms, and AI product commercialization
• Experience in Technical Program Management (TPM), program leadership, or large-scale product delivery
• Experience managing platform products, product portfolios, and multi-product ecosystems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience working for a technology vendor developing software products
• Experience with owning a product roadmap
• Experience with commercialized AI solutions
• Experience with AI Product Commercialization in the tech sector
