Software Engineer Intern

ArcaLabs builds AI agents that automate sell-side workflows for investment banks and private equity funds. The Software Engineer Intern will build and ship production software across its agent runtime, infrastructure, evaluation, observability, and customer deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Own a meaningful chunk of our agent runtime: retrieval, memory, evals, or the data pipelines behind them
• Build infrastructure for our agents and agentic workflows: sandboxes, VMs, lifecycle management, observability, and more
• Work on evals and observability for our agents, so that we can ship better agents faster
• Pair with Forward Deployed Engineers on a real customer deployment, sometimes inside the customer's office
• Ship production code
• Help us figure out which intern will get a strong return offer, by being that intern
