Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II, Application Architect and Health Cloud accreditation/certification. Proven experience designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.

8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce platform development. Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce (legacy support), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, metadata API, and Salesforce DX. Hands-on Agentforce experience, including Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Agent Script, actions, topics, Data 360 grounding, retrievers, and Trust Layer governance. Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II, Application Architect and Health Cloud accreditation/certification. Proven experience designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and multi-environment release management.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing/visibility, performance optimization, and governor limits. Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing delivery across agile sprints. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both executive stakeholders and hands-on delivery teams.
