Marketing Manager (Billings, MT)

City Brew Coffee is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to grow its brand across Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The role owns marketing strategy and execution across campaigns, digital channels, partnerships, and events, with a focus on guest growth and measurable sales results.

Responsibilities:

• Own the marketing plan, promotional calendar, and budget
• Lead social media, content creation, paid advertising, email, and website marketing
• Launch campaigns for seasonal menus, limited-time offers, merchandise, and new stores
• Build local partnerships and coordinate events, sponsorships, and in-store promotions
• Manage creative partners and keep our brand consistent across every channel
• Track results, test ideas, and use guest insights and trends to improve performance
• Partner with leadership and store teams to make every launch successful

Requirements:

• Approximately 3–5 years of marketing experience with examples of measurable results
• Strong social media, storytelling, design, and short-form video skills
• Experience managing campaigns, budgets, vendors, and deadlines
• Confidence using advertising platforms, analytics, and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Initiative, follow-through, and the ability to turn ideas into action
• Relevant experience may substitute for a related degree
• Coffee, hospitality, or multi-location retail experience
• Beverage or product development experience
