Web3 & FinTech PR & Content | Marketing (Senior) Manager

OSL is seeking a Senior PR & Content Marketing Manager to build its brand and establish its presence with US institutional investors, corporate treasuries, and enterprise payment decision-makers. The role leads North American content and media relations, localizes global narratives for US enterprises, coordinates executive visibility and events, and connects marketing output to commercial pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

• North American B2B Content Engine: Authoritative creation of long-form B2B content tailored to US corporate executives, fintech leaders, and institutional clients (whitepapers, deep-dive research, case studies, and C-suite op-eds)
• Tier-1 US Media Relations & Agency Leadership: Direct US-based PR agencies to drive consistent placements, feature stories, and broadcast opportunities across premier business, finance, and crypto outlets (•Bloomberg, CNBC, Wall Street Journal, Fortune, CoinDesk, Blockworks•)
• Cross-Border Narrative Localization: Translate OSL’s global regulatory milestones and cross-border settlement solutions into messaging that directly addresses the pain points, compliance expectations, and operational realities of US enterprises
• Flagship US Events & Executive Visibility: Target, secure, and coordinate speaking slots and keynotes for OSL leadership at major North American conferences (e.g., Consensus, Money20/20 USA) and coordinate targeted executive roundtables
• Pipeline Enablement: Ensure PR and content output directly feed commercial pipeline growth, accelerating inbound interest from institutional clients and enterprise payment partners
• Global HQ Bridge: Maintain tight alignment with executive leadership and product teams in Asia, driving autonomous execution during US market hours while managing disciplined cross-time-zone collaboration

Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing, corporate communications, or PR experience targeting US enterprise, fintech, Web3, or corporate payment audiences
• Native command of American business English
• a published portfolio of executive ghostwriting, technical payment analysis, or institutional research
• Established track record managing US PR agencies and directly securing tier-1 financial and technology press
• Proven self-starter discipline with demonstrated success working autonomously in a remote, cross-border organization
• Solid understanding of digital assets, stablecoins, B2B cross-border settlement, and US market regulatory dynamics
• Ability to coordinate evening/morning overlap hours with Hong Kong/Singapore time zones
