Sales Development Representative

Xnurta is an AI-powered ad management platform for brands, sellers, and agencies on Amazon and beyond. The Sales Development Representative will identify, source, and qualify leads, conduct outbound prospecting, support discovery meetings and product demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads
• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
• Perform preliminary discovery meetings to qualify leads; schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team to further the sales process
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and communicate the value proposition of our products and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted account strategies to drive revenue growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and interactions in Hubspot

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree
• preferably in the retail media industry
• Familiarity with Hubspot, CRM software and other sales tools
