HubSpot & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Just Right Reader is hiring a HubSpot & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own HubSpot for Marketing and lead the B2B customer lifecycle strategy. The role manages HubSpot campaigns, automation, reporting, agency delivery, webinars, CRM governance, and coordination with Sales and IT to support revenue growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Marketing's lead owner and internal expert for HubSpot
• Manage the HubSpot agencies marketing projects, including briefs, priorities, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance
• Manage HubSpot workflows, emails, forms, landing pages, lists, lead scoring, and reporting
• Build B2B lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
• Plan and coordinate webinars, including speakers, promotion, registration, delivery, and follow-up
• Develop webinar nurture campaigns that convert attendees and registrants into qualified leads
• Maintain CRM data, lifecycle stages, segmentation, automation rules, and platform governance
• Partner with IT on HubSpot integrations, data governance, access, security, and technical troubleshooting
• Partner with Sales to improve lead qualification, routing, and follow-up. Define and optimize Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria and handoff workflows
• Report on campaign, funnel, webinar, and revenue performance
• Maintain email deliverability, consent, and data-protection standards
• Manage marketing attribution models and tracking to accurately evaluate channel performance and campaign ROI

Requirements:

• B2B lifecycle or demand-generation marketing experience
• Hands-on experience owning HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
• Experience managing a HubSpot agency or similar external partner
• Experience delivering automated email, nurture, and webinar campaigns
• Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, and reporting
• B2C lifecycle marketing experience
• HubSpot certifications
