Role Overview
- Modern web app platform for Human Capital Management
- Phased refactoring/migration of core components into a cloud-native environment
- Development of components for our SaaS platform KIDICAP
- New development of web apps for HR/personnel management
Requirements
- Relevant degree or vocational training with a computer science background
- 3+ years of experience developing with Java (JEE / J2EE / Jakarta EE); experience with Hibernate, REST, SQL (preferably Oracle DBMS)
- Nice-to-have: experience with TDD and cloud-native technologies
- Passion for software development and a strong quality mindset
- Enjoyment of teamwork and ownership
- Language: German (C1+)
