• Engaging a high level of communication and support through email, SMS, and Slack

• Taking strong notes and following processes with clear communication

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in the Fitness Industry
• Effective at leading conversations
• Great with technology (Infusionsoft, Zoom, SMS, etc)
• Committed to excellence in admin, follow-up, record keeping, etc.
• Desire for authentically connecting and serving clients
• Love of leadership and leading effective growth conversations
