About this role
Role Overview
Develop and manage annual, quarterly and monthly business plans for your territory
Recruit and engage new prospects through inbound and owned leads
Conduct qualification conversations with executives and department heads
Close new business and renewals, meeting or exceeding monthly quota
Sell via internal champions to various stakeholders as well as directly to executive leadership
Collaborate with marketing and product/IT teams to further develop HubSpot’s sales strategy around new features and products
Deliver online or on-site demonstrations of our products
Complete questionnaires and RFPs related to legal, security and procurement
Sell the full HubSpot CRM platform with a focus on the Enterprise edition
Work with internal HubSpot stakeholders such as legal, finance and security to satisfy complex contract requirements for our corporate customers
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a quota-driven sales role
Strong German and English language skills
Experience in a complex sales environment
Experience engaging C-level executives to drive change
Experience with large/key accounts
Experience managing a monthly and/or annual pipeline and producing accurate forecasts
Proven track record of exceeding monthly and annual targets
Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales methodology (e.g., Sandler)
