Role Overview
- Source and screen potential candidates from internal databases, portals, and networking
- Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-ups related information
- Advertise job openings on different careers pages, social media, and job boards
- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Build warm and strong relationships during the candidate selection process
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
