About this role
Role Overview
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Research and identify potential clients that fit the target market criteria.
Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
Assess the suitability of leads based on predetermined criteria and qualify them for further engagement.
Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives to further discuss product/service offerings and solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-up.
Track key metrics related to lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
