You identify suitable companies (according to our ICP), build your own contact lists, and proactively reach out to potential prospects — via phone, email, or social channels.
You engage interested parties in conversations and develop relationships with decision-makers, from team leads to executives.
You uncover new business opportunities in the market and schedule initial discovery calls or meetings together with our Account Executives.
You develop targeted strategies and routines to access the best contacts using tools and smart outreach.
You record all activities in Salesforce in a structured way so everything remains traceable and reliable.
Requirements
You are an ambitious self-starter with creative ideas and experience across multiple outreach channels, whether cold calling, email, or social media.
You enjoy persuading people and understand that every “no” brings you closer to a “yes.”
You know how to build a sales pipeline, whether from experience as a BDR or through initial exposure to sales; a university degree is not required.
You are eager to learn and understand that no one is perfect but everyone can improve; you consistently achieve your goals and organize your activities efficiently.
You are familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Gong, Cognism, and Lusha and enjoy working in a team, including internationally and cross-functionally.
You speak fluent German and reside in Hamburg.
