About this role

Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements, create detailed technical design documents or user stories
Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as Software as a Service (SaaS) integrations, Single Sign-on (SSO) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and data migrations
Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, able to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership
Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards
Research latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies

3+ years of experience in IT delivery
Experience in configuration and integration with cloud-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, APIs e.g. RESTful, packaged third-party application integrations)
Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle and/or SQL)
Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.)
Experience with data migration
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform
Kronos or Salesforce is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in at least one programming language is a plus.
