About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy for all Revpanda Group companies, covering both B2B and B2C operations.
Oversee brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing across multiple channels.
Optimize marketing spend and ensure data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.
Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, and digital PR strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Implement lead generation and marketing automation strategies to support sales teams.
Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional marketing team across disciplines such as social media, content, paid media, events, and partnerships.
Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
Oversee the execution of sponsorships, expos, and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
Strengthen Revpanda Group’s global brand presence.
Identify and leverage new opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships to expand market influence.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, CMO, or equivalent).
Strong expertise in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.
In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies within digital industries.
Proven track record in performance marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization.
Experience managing SEO, PPC, CRM, content marketing, social media, and digital PR campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing remote and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in sales and lead generation strategies to support business development efforts.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen to drive both brand and revenue growth.
Hands-on experience with paid social media, sponsorships, partnerships, and expos is an advantage.
