LDX Digital is seeking a Head of Marketing and Growth to oversee all marketing operations. The role involves leading marketing functions, developing direct-response strategies, and ensuring alignment across teams to drive measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all marketing functions including funnels, paid media, creative, analytics, and strategy
- Ensure all teams—Funnel, Google Media, Creative Strategy, and supporting departments—are aligned under one central vision and executing against common goals
- Build cross-functional communication systems that ensure seamless collaboration and execution
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies, roadmaps, and action plans
- Lead the development of end-to-end direct-response marketing strategies across all platforms
- Ensure that creative, funnels, landing pages, and media strategy are fully integrated and optimized for conversion
- Maintain a deep understanding of performance metrics to improve efficiency, scale winning initiatives, and eliminate bottlenecks
- Identify and implement new marketing opportunities, offers, funnels, and campaign structures that drive cold-traffic acquisition
- Own the marketing department’s KPIs, pacing, and quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor CAC, ARPU, MER, ROAS, and overall business performance to ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Establish systems for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to maintain transparency and accountability
- Forecast performance, allocate budgets intelligently, and adjust strategies based on market conditions and data insights
- Lead brainstorming and innovation cycles to generate new campaign ideas, creative angles, and funnel structures
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure constant testing of new hooks, offers, and performance drivers
- Encourage a culture of experimentation, creative iteration, and data-driven decision making
- Identify scalable growth opportunities across Google, YouTube, social platforms, and emerging channels
- Lead and mentor department heads and senior specialists across the marketing organization
- Build a high-performance culture centered around accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
- Create clear SOPs, frameworks, and processes that enable the marketing team to execute with speed and precision
- Provide professional development, coaching, and strategic guidance to elevate each team’s capabilities
Requirements:
- Proven executive or senior leadership experience overseeing multi-discipline marketing teams
- Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, full-funnel strategy, and performance-driven creative
- Strong background in paid media, funnels, and/or growth strategy within a performance marketing environment
- Ability to synthesize data into strategic action plans and communicate them clearly to all teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated track record of hitting revenue, pacing, and quarterly performance targets
- Highly strategic thinker with the ability to also operate tactically when needed
- Experience managing cross-functional collaboration in fast-moving, high-growth environments
