Role Overview
- Reporting to the Director of Customer Analytics
- Responsible for broad range of analytics for customer strategies
- Build and automate reports and dashboards
- Extract data from multiple sources to build models and algorithms
- Create advanced AI/machine learning tools and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in data science, statistics, computer science, business or related field
- Strong analytical and data wrangling skills
- 3+ years of experience in analytics
- Excellent knowledge of AI and machine learning tools
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or R-Shiny
- Ability to communicate complex data in a simple way
