Conduct assessments of clients' current Salesforce solution and identify areas for improvement
Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions that align with clients' business goals
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
Work closely with internal teams to integrate Salesforce solutions into overall business strategy
Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, including training and troubleshooting
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies and make recommendations on how they can be applied to our clients' solutions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and/or Salesforce Consultant
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
