Role Overview
- Reach out to and onboard new partners and/or customers
- Understand customer requirements and communicate product benefits clearly
- Generate and manage a pipeline of mid-sized corporates and SMEs
- Attend networking activities to connect with prospective clients
- Suggest upgrades or additional products/services
- Generate and handle inquiries for conversion and manage customer offer performance
- Participate in Sales Planning exercise for assigned territory
- Analyze customer potential and competitors
Requirements
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Hunter mindset who doesn't give up
- Experience with corporates and SMEs' decision-makers is a big plus
- Problem Solving and handling multiple stressful & complicated situations
- Go-Getter attitude, self-motivator
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Quick learner, follows prescribed processes
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Analytics Tools
