Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
12+ years of experience in healthcare IT
Experience with provider workflows and processes
Experience with Payor workflow and processes will be desired.
Exposure in leveraging Cloud to solve Healthcare use cases/problems.
Exposure in applying Machine Learning/NLP to Healthcare use cases/problems.
EMR/EHR experience (EPIC, Cerner)
Nice to have.
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM, IHE) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Ability to work in a start-up like mode displaying extreme ownership.
Solid understanding of cloud-based technologies, data analytics, interoperability, and security practices within the healthcare domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving architectural issues.
