Role Overview
- Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, hardware related, some software troubleshooting as well.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design based on field experiences.
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools required for field service tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar role.
- 0 up to 7 years of experience in a similar filed or role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and equipment functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with traveling to clients and staying with client until the project is over.
- Strong command of Chinese and English
