Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute prospecting strategies.
Manage, document, and plan all activity with proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
Collaborate with leadership to share market feedback, set strategy, prioritize industry segmentation, compose messaging and give closed loop feedback on what’s working and what’s not working.
Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with cold calling KPIs.
Exceptional qualification skills and emotional intelligence on cold calls.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presence on LinkedIn and experience identifying leads, communicating with prospects, commenting and engaging on the platform.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate meetings for your AEs through relentless, thoughtful, and quality prospecting.
