About this role
Role Overview
- Partner closely with the Recruiting and Business Development to serve customers
- Build solid relationships to achieve partnership goals
- Assist with analysis of Client's needs
- Manage and grow relationships with the Client
- Connect frequently with the Client to ensure all SLA's are met
- Work closely with Business Development team in sales presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar business related degree OR 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources
- 1+ year of experience in the cannabis industry if not experienced in recruiting, staffing, or human resources
- Experience in either sales or customer service
- Experience with Google (G-suite) products, Microsoft Word / Excel
- Comfortable using LinkedIn
- Experience using a CRM system is ideal.
